Instructors have the responsibility to ensure safety for ALL, while at the same time conducting a challenging and effective lesson within the time allotted.  This can be done, and we will discuss how!  We will also address issues related to riders, parents, volunteers, and horses that come up during class sessions.  There will be opportunities for role playing and problem solving.
